Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Contract Manager in the Philippines to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and demonstrate the value we bring to customers' businesses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order administration, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining high accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, contract administration, or related functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own contracts for your assigned offer or region and assist with all administration processes for said contracts, promoting teamwork, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate services through the life of the customer contract by entering, enriching and activating customer contracts in Bridge Front Office, sending welcome letters, managing work orders, scheduling their remote services, sending expiration notices, and creating renewal quotes for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain customer account and contract information in Bridge Front Office. Reporting on different contract metrics.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and the Connected Services Hub for service contracts. Driving collaboration and ensuring our customers are in contact with the right person for their needs.
  • Generates upgraded licenses for customers Power Monitoring Software.
  • Update /Verify accuracy of internal orders using tools such as SAP, ESPS, Quote to Cash, SMS, bFS, etc.
  • Coordinates new processes and manages challenges with respect to customers contracts and deliverables.
  • Work with the Power Management University for training subscriptions, classes, and coupons.
  • Coordinate with customers via phone and email to schedule Power Advisor Analysis service.
  • Assign and plot Power Advisor extraction and consultation meetings for Engineers.
  • Execute all administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to: creating quotes; building master agreements; data cleansing; account/asset registration/revisions; entitlement accuracy check; asset information report pull; contract enrichment / contract review / contract validation; Direct Account Request; Complaint/Requests / CCC Action creation; Billing / Invoicing requests; CVCP creation/management; Queue management; PO Issuance / PO Receiving; WO or Case validation and/or closing; Provides backup support for other service and support administrators; Perform other related duties as assigned by NAM and PLP leadership team.

What will you do?

The Contract Manager is primarily responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships. Who would be successful?

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order administration, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, contract administration, or related functions is preferred.
