Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an engineering professional to plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical building services. You will prepare tender specifications and review drawings to ensure project success.

You will attend technical and progress meetings with clients, architects and contractors, manage projects on site and identify non-conformities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM is an added advantage; a degree in Mechanical or Electrical

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
• Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
• Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
