Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Engineer for a 6-month contract on cleanroom and specialist construction projects at Mapletree Hi-Tech Park, Singapore. The role requires coordinating M&E works, reviewing drawings, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with 3+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• 3+ years of M&E site coordination or project engineering experience.
• Ability to read M&E drawings and specifications, coordinate interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works on site to support cleanroom projects.
• Review drawings, specs and method statements before work starts.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, fire protection, ACMV and interfaces with teams.
• Monitor installation for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare submissions, shop drawings and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on M&E work.
• Track progress, manpower, material delivery and subcontractor performance.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and defect rectification.
• Ensure safety compliance on all site activities.
