Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to lead building services projects. You will plan, design, review tender docs and manage contractor performance at sites, ensuring conformity with design and codes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an M&E consulting environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design and building projects and applicable codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM is advantageous.
• Team player who is assertive, independent and proactive.
• Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) is advantageous.

Job Competency (Qualification, experience and knowledge)

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is and added advantage.

• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.

• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.

• Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects

• Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
