Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to lead and supervise M&E site staff, ensuring compliance with statutory codes, quality standards and project requirements. You will coordinate MEP interfaces, maintain interface registers and evidence logs, and drive accurate documentation and progress reporting on site.

• At least 3 years supervising similar works.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Coordinate MEP interfaces by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site activities and foster effective interpersonal communication
