Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Drafter to collaborate with engineers and prepare drawings for projects, including schematic layouts, mounting details, cable routings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD. You will ensure conformity with specifications and build team coordination.

The role requires knowledge of design/building practices, 1 year of relevant experience, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Training in BIM tools may be offered for project needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building projects and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineers and responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD
• Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance with specifications or statutory requirements.
• Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.
• Prepare drawings and 3D Models for construction, coordination and as-built purposes.
• Able to adapt to other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project
