Job summary

ADSIA LOGISTICS INC. in Mandaue City, Cebu, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise warehousing and logistics operations. This full-time role focuses on process analysis, design of improvements, SOP development, and KPI monitoring to drive productivity and cost reduction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform time/motion studies, support layout optimization, and train staff on new processes, contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in industrial engineering or process improvement, preferably in logistics.
• Lean/Six Sigma and process-mapping proficiency.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, simulation software and Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analyses to identify inefficiencies in logistics and warehousing.
• Design and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for efficient operations.
• Monitor KPIs to measure impact of improvements and progress against targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and solutions.
• Support layout optimisation of warehouse facilities and material handling systems.
• Prepare reports documenting findings, recommendations and results of analyses.
• Identify tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training on new processes and procedures to staff.
