• Check items received, segregate and load into trucks according to receipts or location.
• Organize workflow to maximize efficiency and speed.
• Ensure on-time delivery to showroom branches, concession stores and wholesale customers.
• Verify daily delivery schedules and plot accordingly.
• Optimize truck space by grouping nearby deliveries in the same truck.
• Monitor delivery team efficiency with GPS tracking.
• Schedule regular truck maintenance with the Operations Manager.
