Job summary

Yngen Datacom Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Supervisor to design, implement, and manage training programs that develop leadership and organizational growth.

You will lead high-impact sessions, observe learners on the production floor, and drive post-training application to improve day-to-day performance. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement and effective feedback to strengthen workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an L&D or Corporate Training (experience in BPO is a major plus).
• Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• OR equivalent hands-on experience in BPO training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-impact training sessions focused on soft skills, leadership development, communication, and professional development.
• Transition from the classroom to the production floor to observe skills in action.
• Drive post-training application to ensure learners apply new soft skills and leadership behaviors in daily workflows.
• Provide constructive, real-time feedback to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Create robust pre- and post-training assessment tools to measure knowledge retention and skill gaps.
• Track, analyze, and report learner metrics such as attendance, assessment scores, and training completion rates.
• Use data insights and post-training observations to refine training materials and strategies.
