Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead end-to-end integration of assembly and test manufacturing processes, reviewing all changes for thorough approval. You will drive structured problem-solving across multiple processes, equipment, materials, and test systems in a 100% onsite manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or related fields and typically 3–5 years in

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Typically 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor or optoelectronics with demonstrated experience on process integration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration of assembly and test manufacturing processes with thorough review and approval.
Lead structured problem-solving and root-cause investigations involving multiple processes, equipment, materials, and test systems.
Provide technical leadership during production escalations, critical builds, equipment installation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
Coordinate processes, equipment, tooling, materials, software, automation, data interfaces for seamless manufacturing flow and cross-team handoffs.
