Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in the Philippines to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new product development and enhancements. You will analyze equipment data, perform tests, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying engineering expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach in a semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of Process and Test Engineering experience in a semiconductor company.
• Deep knowledge of engineering practices.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates manufacturing processes to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement.
• Analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conducts tests.
• Determine root cause analysis and testing activities to meet project requirements.
• Plan, implement and manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
