Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead end-to-end integration of assembly and test manufacturing processes in a 100% onsite environment at our Laguna, Calamba site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor or optoelectronics with demonstrated experience on process integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with global/local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of assembly and test manufacturing processes with rigorous review and approval.
• Lead structured problem-solving and root-cause investigations across processes, equipment, materials, and test systems.
• Evaluate impact of process changes, equipment upgrades, material substitutions, software changes, and product design revisions on manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical leadership during production escalations, critical builds, equipment installation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Coordinate interfaces to ensure seamless manufacturing flow and effective communication between global and local teams.
