The role focuses on developing cost-effective facilities plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering improvements in uptime and energy management while adhering to ISO 50001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years facilities work in a semiconductor operations environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Facilities Engineering or Equipment Maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO 50001, Energy Management, Lean Manufacturing and related problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead/mentor/train other staff to improve technical expertise, process knowledge and documentation.
• Develop and implement short to midterm facilities plans aligned with business goals.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS rules and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering and production to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Support top management priorities and sustain operational demands.
