Job summary

Wearehuman8 in Manila is seeking an Insight Consultant to turn data into strategic consumer insights that help great brands win. You will analyze data, prepare reports and present findings, collaborating with Client Teams to deliver meaningful recommendations.

Initially you will focus on data analysis and reporting, while eager to expand into quantitative and qualitative research methods across Southeast Asia. You’ll manage simple projects and support senior colleagues on larger studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore.
• Attention to detail in handling data and research materials.
• Clear communication within the team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setup and management of online research projects, supporting senior colleagues.
• Manage simple projects with guidance and collaborate with PST.
• Attend activity design meetings and participate in brainstorming.
• Moderate 1on1 interviews and group discussions, including briefing external moderators.
• Analyze, interpret and report findings, providing draft conclusions for senior review.
• Present insights in internal meetings and client presentations.
