Job summary

Comrise in the Philippines is seeking a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting for HR and payroll outsourcing/SaaS services. You will identify potential clients and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, CRM updates, and regular performance reporting. You should have 2+ years in lead generation, with a marketing/business background and strong communication skills, onsite day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation in Payroll Solutions or HR Services preferred.
• Experience generating leads via sales and marketing campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing is a plus.
• Strong CRM and communication skills; tele-sales and cold calling are beneficial.

• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and target accounts across key business districts in the Philippines.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to identify sales opportunities.
• Perform outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead-generation activities.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, company size, HR/Payroll requirements, and potential fit.
• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product presentations with qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information and activities in the CRM or lead-tracking system.
• Monitor lead-generation performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new prospecting opportunities.
• Nurture prospects and maintain regular follow-ups to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and support the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any course; Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within Payroll Solutions or HR Services.
• Experience generating leads through sales and marketing campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing is a plus.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in tele-sales and cold calling is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and lead generation tools.
• Must be comfortable with onsite work and day-shift schedules.
• Candidates with direct experience in B2B lead generation, payroll solutions, or HR services are highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• We are prioritizing candidates with sales, business development, lead generation, or HR/payroll solutions experience.
• Candidates with purely call center/BPO experience are not preferred, especially those without relevant sales, lead generation, or B2B experience.
