Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, is hiring for a lead generation and sales role. You will identify new leads, nurture relationships, understand client needs, and present solutions to convert opportunities into new business.

Onsite, Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm, with a salary range of 30,000–35,000 PHP. The role offers comprehensive benefits including HMO, leaves, the 13th month pay, and potential travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
• Construction, scaffolding, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, cold calling, and sales skills; self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads, nurture client relationships, understand needs, present solutions, and convert opportunities into new business.
• Analyze data, generate qualified leads, and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Build client relationships, understand needs, and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.
• Maintain sales records, achieve targets, and coordinate smooth client handovers.
