Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or similar.
• Experience in construction, scaffolding, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in cold calling, client meetings, and sales presentations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to generate insights for targeted campaigns and business development strategies.
• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
• Follow up leads, enquiries, and proposals to secure new work.
• Maintain accurate sales and client records.
• Meet agreed sales targets and business development goals.
