Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Lead Generation & Research Specialist (Bullhorn) to join our remote, US-hours team in the Philippines. You will update Bullhorn CRM records, identify new decision-makers, track open roles, and summarize market intelligence to support our business development efforts.

The ideal candidate has strong online research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with Bullhorn (or similar CRM).

Qualifications

• Strong online research skills with the ability to quickly gather accurate information.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• CRM experience (Bullhorn is preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Interest in the insurance or recruiting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bullhorn CRM Management: Updating company profiles, contacts, job postings, and organizational details.
• Lead Identification & Research: Researching insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to find new decision-makers and hiring contacts.
• Open Position Tracking: Monitoring client/prospect websites and job boards for newly posted roles, then flagging them for recruiter outreach.
• Market Intelligence: Building target company lists, tracking hiring trends, and providing quick research summaries to support the business development team.

And we’re looking for a Lead Generation & Research Specialist (Bullhorn) to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bullhorn CRM Management: Updating company profiles, contacts, job postings, and organizational details. Ensuring data is clean, accurate, and organized for the recruiters.

• Lead Identification & Research: Researching insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to find new decision-makers and hiring contacts. Gathering their contact info and reporting structures.

• Open Position Tracking: Monitoring client/prospect websites and job boards for newly posted roles, then flagging them for recruiter outreach.

• Market Intelligence: Building target company lists, tracking hiring trends, and providing quick research summaries to support the business development team.

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱38K/month
