Integrated OS in Alabang, Philippines, is seeking a Partner Growth (Lead Generation Associate) to support Marketing, Partner Solutions, and Talent Acquisition with lead research, CRM maintenance, and campaign tasks. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are welcome; the role focuses on building lead lists, data hygiene, and coordinating outreach to potential offshore partners.

You’ll work 6:30 AM–3:30 PM PH time, on-site at Parkway Corporate Center, and gain exposure to Apollo, HubSpot,

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or entry-level professional with interest in marketing and lead generation.
• Strong English written communication is required.
• Excellent research and data-gathering skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel.
• Willing to learn Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and database building to identify potential partners.
• Perform CRM data entry and lead management to maintain clean records.
• Monitor SEEK and Indeed for offshore-fit roles and prioritize opportunities.
• Support Partner Solutions and Marketing campaigns with data and content tasks.
• Clean up Manatal candidate records for accurate recruitment activity.
