Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and manage marketing email campaigns. You will build lists, manage sequences, and execute campaigns while handling inbound leads and maintaining the pipeline.

The role requires hands-on Apollo.io experience, strong B2B outreach skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to write compelling outreach copy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for list building, sequencing, and outbound campaign management.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain warm-up, spam avoidance, and inbox placement.
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy that drives engagement.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io based on defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and manage outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Create, schedule, and execute marketing email outreach campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize sequences for improved open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Manage inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up and proper routing.
• Maintain lead records, contact data accuracy, and overall pipeline hygiene across CRM systems.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity.
• Research and identify new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and build standard operating procedures as workflows are established.
