Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven lead generation across multiple client accounts. The role focuses on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with SEO and AI-assisted workflows contributing to strategy and results.

Based remotely from the Philippines, you’ll work UK business hours, manage several client campaigns, and communicate updates and recommendations clearly. This is a contractor role with a 1400–1600 USD monthly rate.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns (not just eCommerce).
• Experience with service-based businesses (home services or B2B).
• Strong SEO understanding, landing pages and site structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise lead-generation campaigns.
• Review performance data and identify high-impact optimisations.
• Build campaign strategies based on client goals, budget, audience, and funnel.
• Ensure accurate tracking across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and campaign analysis.
• Use AI tools to improve research, planning, and analysis.
• Communicate performance updates and next steps to clients.
