Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience with Go High Level CRM, funnels and marketing automation.
• Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
• Strong graphic design skills with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the full digital marketing function across two brands, including paid and organic channels.
• Manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including setup and optimization.
• Create and manage content across social platforms, email campaigns, and automation.
• Produce/edit graphics and short-form videos for campaigns and promotions.
• Set up and manage Go High Level CRM, funnels, and automations.
• Support SEO activity and stay updated on AI-assisted optimization techniques.
• Lead generation, reporting, and regular performance reviews across channels.
• Develop and refine marketing funnels per division/service line and maintain brand consistency.
