Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is building an in-house marketing team and seeks a Creative Marketing Manager (Paid & Organic Content Strategy Lead) to own creative direction, content strategy, and brand consistency across paid and organic channels.

This remote, Philippines-based contractor role reports to the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer and collaborates with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok specialists, and the CTO to align messaging with funnels and landing pages.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or content marketing.
• Demonstrated experience creating performance-focused ad creative.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Basic video editing capability (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
• Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals.
• Strong copywriting ability and ability to interpret performance data.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

• Develop high-performing creative assets for paid campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
