You will work with agency leadership to audit workflows, build repeatable SOPs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate SEO outcomes for clients.

The role requires 5+ years leading SEO campaigns, designing scalable processes, and delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO leadership across service, B2B, retail, or local niches.
• Experience designing, documenting, and rolling out agency-level workflows, templates, and SOPs.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Claude) and automation connectors.
• Advanced expertise with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, plus WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix.

Responsibilities

• Audit the agency’s current SEO delivery model and build standardized SOPs and automated workflows.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline keyword research, content briefs, audits, and on-page optimization.
• Provide high-level strategic direction for local, national, and e-commerce clients across sectors.
• Guide technical architecture of client sites across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix.
• Develop streamlined data-reporting frameworks to track performance and ROI.
