Stellar Headhunting in the Philippines is seeking a proactive CSR – Lead Generation to support its sales and business development teams in automotive and cleaning sectors. You will identify potential customers, handle inquiries, conduct outbound calls, and generate qualified leads to help grow the business.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service, telemarketing, lead generation or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
• Good customer service, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools.
• Goal-oriented and organized with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn about automotive products or cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential customers and business prospects.
• Identify and qualify leads for automotive products, parts, and services, or cleaning services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and schedule appointments or sales consultations.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, customer interactions, and lead-generation activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to endorse qualified leads and monitor follow-up progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, and other performance metrics.
