Qualifications

• 5+ years in telemarketing or outbound lead generation with life/health insurance focus.
• Experience supervising or coaching a small team is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calls, scripted campaigns, lead qualification, live transfers, and appointment setting.
• Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective healthcare and life insurance leads using scripts and campaigns.
• Identify qualified prospects for live transfer or appointment setting; do not sell insurance.
• Qualify prospects and record outcomes; transfer to agents with clear details.
• Schedule and log appointments; ensure data accuracy in CRM/tracking system.
• Supervise two junior lead generation agents and monitor call activity and quality.
