Job summary

D2B is seeking an Estimator/Procurement Coordinator in the Philippines to combine estimating, procurement and project coordination. You will perform quantity take-offs from drawings, obtain supplier quotes, and support quote analysis to ensure procurement aligns with project budgets.

You will liaise with Australian suppliers and internal teams, require excellent English communication and strong Excel skills, and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in construction estimating, procurement or project coordination.
• Experience performing quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of Australian construction terminology.
• Experience obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate quantities from architectural/engineering drawings and prepare take-offs.
• Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; compare pricing and lead times.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to finalise supplier selections and procurement summaries.
• Coordinate Purchase Orders with Accounts and confirm documentation.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to issue Purchase Orders and track delivery dates.
