D2B is seeking a Production Estimator to price diverse construction tenders from take-off through pre-submission. This remote Philippines role collaborates with an Australian estimating team, using Cubit Estimating and Bluebeam to build detailed costings and market-ready submissions.

You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, develop pricing from first principles, and ensure tender documents reflect project scope and risks. Flexible, full-time remote position from the Philippines.

Competenze

• Formal qualification in Building & Construction or Estimating.
• Experience pricing Australian commercial construction projects.
• Remote work experience with distributed teams is valued.

Mansioni

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare detailed cost build-ups.
• Apply project-specific rates and compile trade breakouts for submissions.
• Communicate with suppliers/subcontractors for pricing and lead times.
• Prepare tender clarifications, exclusions, and risk notes.
• Maintain version control and meet submission deadlines.
