Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for a permanent homebased role in the Philippines. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end commercial support, from tendering through procurement and cost management, working with our NZ client and regional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in quantity surveying or related fields, strong Excel and tendering skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and projects remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial construction.
• Strong skills in reading drawings/specifications and performing quantity take-offs.
• Experience in preparing construction estimates and tender submissions.
• Proficient in Excel and supplier quotation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, schedules and tender docs; prepare estimates and tender pricing.
• Coordinate procurement schedules, quotations and supplier comparisons.
• Manage project budgets, variations, cost reports and forecasts.
• Assist with progress claims, final accounts and commercial close-out.
• Support multiple projects and regional teams with accurate commercial information.
