Outsourced.ph is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a New Zealand client. You will handle estimating, procurement and cost control from a homebased setup in the Philippines, coordinating with regional teams and suppliers to drive commercial success.

The role requires 5+ years in QS/estimating, strong English, and experience with budgets and tendering. Enjoy equipment provision, flexible work and career growth in a remote, international project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years experience in quantity surveying, estimating or commercial construction.
• Strong interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Experience with budgets, variations, cost reporting and tendering.
• Proven procurement and supplier quotation analysis skills.
• Experience with project budgets, variations and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist tendering and estimating across NZ projects.
• Prepare tender pricing and procurement recommendations.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and supplier engagement.
• Maintain project cost reports and forecasts.
• Support commercial close-out and final accounts.
• Provide timely commercial information to project teams.
