Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to drive multi-year process re-engineering across customer support. You will standardize SOPs and align country operating models with regional product capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to enable enterprise-scale changes.

In this role, you will lead business readiness, change adoption, and post-rollout improvement while guiding GTM execution and cross-country collaboration across Grab's support ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in BPR, enterprise tech implementations, shared services, or large-scale ops transformation.
• Experience mapping end-to-end processes, establishing SOP governance, and leading cross-border harmonization.
• Proven ability to drive business readiness and go-to-market adoption for software, CRM, or ERP rollouts.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign and SOP standardization across customer support.
• Drive cross-country alignment of operating models and GTM strategies.
• Partner with regional product, engineering, and tech teams to translate business needs into system capabilities.
• Establish governance, ownership, and change control frameworks.
• Lead business readiness, change adoption, and post-rollout continuous improvement.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to optimize workflows.
