GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to design and drive multi-year process re-engineering across Grab Support Philippines.

You will standardize SOPs, redesign E2E workflows, and align operating models with regional product capabilities. This role concentrates on business transformation and country-level readiness. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive leadership in BPR, enterprise tech implementations, shared services, or large-scale operations transformation.
• Proven track record mapping end-to-end processes (As-Is/To-Be), establishing SOP governance, and cross-border harmonization.
• Experience leading organizational change, business readiness, and GTM adoption for major software/CRM/ERP rollouts.
• Executive presence with complex, cross-functional stakeholder management (regional product, engineering, operations, country leaders).
• Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TOM design and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign and SOP standardization across customer support verticals.
• Drive enterprise transformation and country-level business readiness, including GTM execution.
• Define operating model and future-state evolution with R&R and cross-country alignment.
• Partner with tech teams to identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Lead change management and post-implementation continuous improvement initiatives.
