Job summary

Grab PH is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across multiple markets. You will shape problem spaces, build roadmaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to deliver impactful changes that enhance customer and partner experiences.

You will influence senior leaders, synthesize data, and present board-ready recommendations while maintaining a strong focus on user safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or in-house strategic projects/transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders (director level and above).
• Experience in diagnosing problems with large datasets and translating results into decisions.
• Experienced in operating design and process analysis.
• Fluency in data visualization and executive storytelling; proficient in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for major problem spaces; define, structure, and plan with roadmaps and metrics.
• Make and defend prioritisation calls based on business case and impact.
• Lead cross-country, cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Leadership with actionable recommendations for growth.
• Ensure proposed changes are assessed for user safety and quality before implementation.
