Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to manage large-scale problem spaces that drive transformative value. You will build strategic plans, deep dive into processes, and work with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to deliver changes that enhance the customer and partner experience.

As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will defend prioritization, synthesize data, and ensure changes uphold user safety and quality.

Qualifications

8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or in-house strategic projects/transformation.
Ability to influence senior executives (director level and above).
Experience in data-driven diagnosis and presenting findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy for major problem spaces with roadmaps and success metrics.
Prioritize bets with business case and align with strategic priorities.
Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
Serve as trusted advisor to Leadership with board/exco-ready recommendations.
Ensure changes maintain user trust, safety, and quality.
