Job summary

Educar Shared Services Inc. in Manila is seeking an HR – Labor Relations Officer to handle employee relations, ensure fair application of policies, and maintain a compliant workplace environment.

You will conduct investigations, manage disciplinary processes, and guide management on labor laws and due process. The role requires 2–3 years in ER/LR, strong communication, and on-site work readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology or HRD/HRM.
• 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or General HR.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and due process.
• Experience with grievances, investigations, NTEs, administrative hearings, and NODs is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct fact-finding and investigations related to employee complaints, incidents, and disciplinary cases.
• Manage disciplinary processes, including preparation and issuance of NTE, NOD, and related documents.
• Facilitate administrative hearings and document employee cases.
• Provide guidance on company policies to employees and management.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain confidential records of employee relations and labor cases.
• Coordinate with management and HR personnel to resolve concerns.
• Assist in handling labor disputes, mediation, and conciliation as needed.
• Monitor recurring concerns and recommend HR interventions.
• Prepare reports and case summaries.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
