Job summary

Aprio is seeking an L&D Senior Specialist, Assurance Training to deliver high‑quality training for Philippine-based assurance professionals serving U.S. clients. You will design, facilitate, and continuously improve technical training programs using modern learning technologies and data-driven approaches.

You will collaborate with U.S. and PH leadership, perform needs analyses, and manage end-to-end learning curricula while ensuring NASBA and CPE standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 2–3 years in training software and LMS (LCVista preferred).
• 2–3 years of coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and enhance technical Assurance training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with U.S. and PH Assurance leaders and SMEs.
• Manage end-to-end Assurance learning curriculum for PH professionals.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Prepare reports on participation, progress, and outcomes.
• Ensure NASBA/CPE compliance where applicable.
• Coordinate external training and conferences.
• Maintain LMS, SharePoint, and learning resources.
