Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Document Controller to centralize project documentation for a flagship infrastructure program in the Philippines. You will manage intake, tracking, verification, distribution, and archiving in a FIDIC-governed environment.

You will coordinate with project owners, the EPC Contractor, the Grantor, and subcontractors to ensure an auditable data trail, enforce naming conventions, and support progress reporting, claims defense, and EOT considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure documentation or similar environment.
• Proficient with modern EDMS (SharePoint/Aconex) to log, track, and version-control deliverables.
• Familiar with interpreting and navigating project drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDMS and information governance for all deliverables and transmittals.
• Log, track, and version-control drawings, correspondence, and submittals.
• Distribute tender packages and manage RFIs/clarifications during bidding.
• Maintain a current library of IFC drawings and as-built documentation.
• Support claims, delay analysis, and EOT defense with proper documentation.
