Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is hiring a Benefits Supervisor to oversee end-to-end employee benefits programs in Pasay City. You will ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent employee service delivery.
You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies to maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while supporting audits and reporting on utilization and costs.
The Benefits Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end administration and coordination of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent employee service delivery. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and government agencies to support benefits operations, resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous process improvements.
Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, terminations, and records maintenance.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of benefits transactions in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Review, validate, and reconcile benefits billing statements and coordinate with Finance and service providers to ensure accurate payments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits, providing timely and effective resolution.
Coordinate with insurance providers, benefit vendors, and government agencies to address issues and maintain service quality.
Maintain complete and accurate benefits documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.
Prepare and analyze reports on benefits utilization, costs, trends, and operational performance.
Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits programs and services.
Provide subject matter expertise on employee benefits policies, procedures, and program administration.
Support the implementation of benefits-related initiatives, projects, and policy enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Compensation and Benefits, or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and related programs).
Experience in benefits administration, vendor management, billing reconciliation, and employee support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and HRIS platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience in a retail, shared services, or high-volume environment is an advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
