Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of bartenders and bar support staff.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, grooming requirements, and company policies.
• Support management in evaluating staff performance and identifying training needs.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and operational at all times.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and storage areas.
• Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently.
