Job summary

South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao-MGallery in Panglao, Philippines, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service and efficiency. The role focuses on maintaining beverage quality, leading a skilled bar team, and aligning with Accor brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management and at least 5 years in Food & Beverage, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong knowledge of beverages,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, wines, spirits, and responsible alcohol service.

• Lead and develop the bar team while ensuring beverage quality.

Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Accor brand standards. You will lead and develop the bar team, maintain high beverage quality, and contribute to achieving departmental financial and service objectives.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
