Job summary

Pamalican Resort, Inc. in Amanpulo invites an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee daily beverage operations, lead the bar team, and uphold high service standards in our ultra‑luxury resort on the private island of Amanpulo, Palawan.

You will develop beverage pricing strategies, maintain knowledge of beverage and wine menus and promotions, and provide guidance to guests and colleagues to ensure a refined guest experience.

Qualifications

• Oversee beverage operations and leadership experience in a similar setting.
• Strong management and cost-control knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sanitation and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees daily bar operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Leads development, coaching and training of service colleagues in beverage division.
• Manages inventory, stock control, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Develops pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Supports supervision of bar operations in the absence of managers.
