Job summary

Asticom Group of Companies is seeking a part-time on-site Maintenance Coordinator in Makati. The role focuses on overseeing manpower deployment, timekeeping, and maintenance standards across three lines, with 1–3 years of experience required.

You will monitor RSD tickets, notify clients of escalations, and prepare incident and performance reports. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong Excel and Google tools skills, and can train and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

Job Roles and Responsibilities *

• Responsible for all monitoring and performance reports needed by the client.
• Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports.

• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance activity logs.
• Provides insights and recommendations to lessen AFCS faults.
• Conducts coaching and trainings sessions for senior and junior technicians.
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated asks.
• Responsible for passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.

Job Qualifications *

• Driving License for restriction 2, and can drive Manual Transmission car
• Advance to Excellent knowledge on Excel and Google tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to mentor, train and manage a Team
• Has strong technical knowledge on hardware troubleshooting
• Must be willing to be deployed in any LRT/MRT3 office and stations
