Job summary

Asticom Group of Companies seeks a hands-on operations supervisor to oversee manpower deployment and performance across three lines, while maintaining timekeeping and records. You will implement maintenance standards and monitor RSD tickets, escalating to the client as needed.

Additionally, you will document daily progress, prepare incident reports, coach technicians, and ensure smooth workflow across LRT/MRT3 offices. Strong leadership, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license (restriction 2) and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Advanced to excellent knowledge of Excel and Google tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor, train and manage a team.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Willing to be deployed to any LRT/MRT3 office/station.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provides insights and recommendations to lessen AFCS faults.
• Conducts coaching and training sessions for senior and junior technicians.
• Organizes workflow and ensures employees understand their duties.
