Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Proficient in Excel and Google tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to be deployed to any LRT/MRT3 office and stations.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
• Maintains timekeeping and personnel records.
• Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all three lines.
• Monitors and ensures timely and adequate resolution of all RSD tickets and other maintenance activities.
• Notifies the client for escalated RSD tickets.
• Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports and performance reports.
