Job summary

ABSI in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee manpower deployment across three lines, maintain timekeeping, and enforce standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong reporting background.

The ideal candidate will mentor technicians, prepare daily progress reports, analyze faults, and drive continuous improvement while rotating shifts and deployments to LRT/MRT3 offices.

Qualifications

• Driving license is required (restriction 2) and able to drive a Manual Transmission car.
• Advanced to excellent knowledge of Excel and Google tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor, train and manage a team.
• Strong technical knowledge on hardware troubleshooting.
• Willing to be deployed to any LRT/MRT3 office and stations.
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all three lines.
• Monitors and ensures timely and adequate resolution of all RSD tickets and other maintenance activities.
• Responsible in notifying the client for escalated RSD tickets.
• Responsible for all monitoring and performance reports needed by the client.
• Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports.
• Reports and uses the Personnel Requisition Form.
• Documents and prepares daily progress reports and maintenance activity logs.
• Provides insights and recommendations to lessen AFCS faults.
• Conducts coaching and training sessions for senior and junior technicians.
• Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Responsible for passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
