Job summary

Asticom Group of Companies in Taguig is seeking a part-time maintenance role for on-site work with 1-3 years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

You will oversee manpower across three lines, maintain timekeeping and records, and enforce maintenance standards. You will also monitor RSD tickets, prepare incident reports, and mentor technicians while organizing workflows and ensuring clear communication between staff and upper management.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driving license and the ability to drive a manual transmission car.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.

• Monitors and ensures timely resolution of RSD tickets and other maintenance activities.
• Notifies client for escalated RSD tickets.
• Prepares monitoring and performance reports for the client.
• Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports.
• Documents daily progress reports and maintenance activity logs.
• Provides insights to reduce AFCS faults.
• Conducts coaching sessions for technicians.
• Organizes workflow and ensures duties are understood.
• Passes information between upper management and staff.

• Conducts coaching and trainings sessions for senior and junior technicians.

• Responsible for passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
