Job summary

Philtrust Bank seeks a qualified and detail-oriented lawyer to join our team. The role covers contract review, litigation, and regulatory compliance to support banking operations and protect the bank’s legal interests.

You will review and draft contracts, advise on operational risk, manage litigation with external counsel, and represent the bank in legal proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with 2–3 years’ experience in contract review and litigation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate law is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate law is an advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• High level of integrity and professionalism
