Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. degree required.
• Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing.

• Willingness to learn and work under supervision; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil, criminal and administrative cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings.

The Successful candidate/s will assist in handling various litigation cases, prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and appear in court under the supervision of senior counsels. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling civil, criminal and administrative cases
• Draft pleading, motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings
• Attend Hearings, pre-trial conferences, and court proceedings

• Support senior Lawyer in case strategy development agencies

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctors (J.D) degree
• Member of the integrated bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing
• CPA Lawyers and Fresh Bar Passers are welcome to apply

• Willing to travel and attend off-site court hearing, if necessary
