Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in Bacoor, Cavite invites fresh bar passers to join our legal team. The position focuses on providing legal support to the Department Head, handling documentation, research, and advisory duties to ensure compliance with banking laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and legal opinions, attending proceedings, and coordinating with regulatory bodies and external counsels. On-site work in Bacoor is expected.

Qualifications

• Law graduate or Bar Examination Passer – fresh bar passers are welcome.
• Strong legal research ability and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of banking laws and compliance.

• Prepare and review contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and reports.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Attend court, quasi-judicial, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments.

The position is primarily responsible for providing legal support and assistance to the Department Head in all legal matters concerning the Bank. The position involves handling documentation, legal research, and advisory functions to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.

This role is open to fresh bar passers or newly admitted lawyers who wish to build their legal career in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
