Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise commercial contracts, demand letters, notices, and internal memoranda
• Assist in case management, file maintenance, liaison with external counsel, and draft pleadings, motions, and affidavits under supervision
• Conduct legal research to prepare concise legal opinions, compliance summaries, and operational guidance
• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal departments on legal requirements
• Perform additional legal tasks and administrative duties as directed by the Head Legal Counsel

About you
